Request for Proposals: RI Family Child Care Marketing and Resource Platform
The RI Child Care Training Program is seeking a seasoned Spanish-English bilingual marketing and web developer consultant to utilize culturally responsive practices in creating aligned promotional materials for 350 Family Child Care (FCC) educators and the platform on which to host these materials for their consumers. This front end-design should be accomplished in a way that would allow for future grant-funded development of a password-protected back-end experience through which FCC educators can interact with one another and create a library of shared resources.
